WHOLE HOME RENOVATION
We kicked off this whole home renovation with demolition on the old carpet, kitchen tile, light fixtures, electrical & HVAC trim and rotten deck stairs and railings. We then patched all the holes in the drywall and applied a fresh coat of paint throughout the interior of the house. Damaged trim and baseboards were patched, and a new interior bathroom door was installed. We sanded and refinished the original hardwood floors, installed new kitchen tile, and new luxury vinyl plank (LVP) in the primary bedroom. Next, new light fixtures and trim plates were installed, followed by refinishing the front door and patching of the rotten steps and railings on the back deck.
